Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data FacePage ("we", "us") collects, how we use it and with whom we share it when you use our website and services (the "Service").
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, username, email address, company (optional), password (stored only as a secure hash), timezone and content language.
- Billing data: subscription plan, payment status and invoices. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Connected accounts: identifiers and names of the Facebook pages you connect and the WordPress sites you add (WordPress credentials are stored encrypted).
- Content data: posts, images, articles, scraped items and AI rewrite inputs/outputs you create in the Service.
- Usage and log data: activity logs (publishing, scheduling, deletions, API calls), IP-level technical logs and session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the Service: schedule and publish posts, rewrite content with AI, run scraping jobs, publish to WordPress and auto-delete posts you mark as sensitive.
- To manage subscriptions, trials, credits and payments.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems using activity logs.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing and important service changes.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-Party Processors
To operate the Service, we share the minimum necessary data with these providers:
- Stripe — payment processing, subscriptions and free trials.
- ContentStudio — publishing to and managing your connected Facebook pages via official APIs.
- OpenAI — the text you submit for AI rewriting/translation is processed to generate the output.
- Apify — running scraping jobs on the public URLs you request.
- WordPress (your own sites) — publishing the articles you choose to your sites using the credentials you provide.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
4. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF token to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Content you delete is removed from the Service; activity logs and billing records may be retained longer where needed for security, accounting or legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
6. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, encrypted storage for third-party credentials and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard measures.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our website.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
10. Contact
