Terms of Service
Welcome to FacePage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FacePage website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FacePage is a social media publishing platform that lets you connect Facebook pages, schedule and publish posts, rewrite content using artificial intelligence, scrape publicly available content, publish articles to WordPress sites, and automatically delete posts after a chosen period. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trial and Billing
- Paid plans are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- New subscriptions include a free trial period (typically 7 days). You are charged $0 at signup; your payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before that.
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; already-paid periods are not refunded except where required by law.
- Published posts consume credits (1 published post on 1 page = 1 credit). Monthly plan credits are added on each successful payment and unused credits roll over. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
- We may change plan prices or features with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may only connect Facebook pages, WordPress sites and other accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You must not use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, misleading or that violates the terms and policies of Facebook, WordPress or any other third-party platform.
- You are solely responsible for the content you create, scrape, rewrite or publish through the Service, including compliance with copyright and data protection laws.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to deliver its features, including ContentStudio (social publishing APIs), OpenAI (AI content rewriting), Apify (content scraping), WordPress (article publishing) and Stripe (payments). Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or limitations imposed by third-party platforms, including Facebook.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design and software are owned by FacePage and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacePage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of reach/engagement, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service or create risk for other users or third-party platforms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
